Here at CEO school we are all
about women who can have it all and do it all. Whether you're
juggling multiple companies, your own business and family or
whatever you please, CEO School knows there are tons of amazing
women out there who are constantly proving that the sky isn’t the
limit.
In today’s episode I am talking
to Courtney Spritzer, co-founder and CEO of the number one
women owned and operated social media agency in the world,
SocialFly. She has also co founded Entrepeurnista, co-authored a
book on using social media to grow your business, and co-hosts her
own podcast. Recently Courtney launched Work Robe, a line of robes
for professional women to wear while working from home.
During our conversation,
Courtney shares how she manages a strong business partnership with
her best friend and how she has leveraged that in growing the
company. She talks about hiring a coach to continue nurturing her
business partnership, dealing with challenges in business
during the pandemic, and the actual process of launching a physical
product.
