Globally the beauty industry is currently valued at $511B. This massive market is dominated by skincare products which targets a larger demographic compared to makeup. Massive companies like L’Oreal, Clinique and even K-beauty brands to name a few line the shelves of retail stores and the bathrooms of consumers - but does everything we put on our skin actually belong there?

In today’s episode I am talking to Sabrina Noorani, founder of ClearForMe, the largest database for skincare ingredients. After facing a major skin allergy Sabrina knew that the way we consumed skincare and beauty products needed to change, and now she advocates for consumer empowerment and transparency in the skincare industry working with major retailers like Elf, Ulta, Nair and more!

During our powerful conversation, Sabrina touches on her time working in the finance industry and making the transition to the cosmetics and entrepreneurship world. She shares why you need to trust the fear and go with it, how to focus on pivoting your idea to match what the market needs and balancing motherhood with growing a business.
